Report Child Abuse

If this is an emergency situation where a child is in imminent danger, call 911 immediately.

If you suspect child abuse or neglect is occurring, please don’t hesitate to make a report to CPS or the police. It’s much better to err on the side of caution than to allow any child abuse or neglect to occur.

Marin Child Protective Services (CPS) Emergency Response is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive and assess allegations of child abuse, neglect, or exploitation. To report a suspected incident of child abuse or neglect, or to talk over your suspicions with a social worker, contact Child Protective Services at 415-473-7153.
