Donor Opportunities
Find out ways you can be involved
in this tournament. We're hoping that many of you will consider
becoming the tournament sponsor, Dinner sponsor, golf cart,
or a tee sponsor. If you are interested in participating
at any of these levels, please contact Pam Nicolai at pamnicolai@earthlink.net as
soon as possible. Recognition of your participation early
on is best to reserve the appropriate number of golf slots
that are part of your donor package.
First, complete the Donor
form. If you're donating
at any of the sponsorship levels (tournament, hole-in-one,
golf cart or tee sponsor) and you have golfing participants,
please fill out the Golf
Registration form as well. If you have any questions
about the sponsorship levels and the benefits, please feel
free to give Pam Nicolai a call at 415-479-6471.
If you have any items that we can use for the raffle, please indicate
the nature of the item on the donor form.

The Golf
Registration
form is for individuals through foursomes. If
you're an individual, you will put into a foursome. If you're a
sponsor, your sponsorship level will indicate the number of golfers
included for that level. If you have additional golfers above the
sponsorship level, add them and their payment to the form. It also
helps for planning purposes to know how many will be atteding dinner
and if their are spouses or friends who want to come to the dinner
at Riccardo's in San Anselmo.
Volunteer Opportunities
There are jobs that will need to be done in advance of the
tournament day, and then many tasks the day of the tournament.
A limited number of tasks can be done by people playing in
the tournament in the pre-game set up / registration and
then at the end at the dinner. Click

a list of volunteer duties you may be interested in doing
and any time limitations you might have.
